Hoop Dance Class in Arcata at Redwood Raks (The old creamery building). Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:30. Classes are free in November. Bring your own hoops, borrow one of mine or buy one for $35!

Learn the basics and then move on to tricks like lifts & lowers, shoulder & knee hooping, off body moves and more!!
